A copywriting project like this is always so much fun—parsing through a mountain of facts and features in pursuit of just a few clean, concise points. My goal was to craft language that was digestible and easy to understand without losing the brand’s signature voice. To support the message, I created a sweetly simple infographic to guide the customer through her Fitting Room experience.
